After retiring from the healthcare field this year, I decided to put a little more time into what had been for the last few years a holiday event, coquito making. I have been making Coquito (think of it as the Caribbean Eggnog) for the previous ten years; this year, I am branching out with more flavors and Vegan options. Flavors include traditional (coconut-based), chocolate, pumpkin spice, and pineapple.
