Entrepreneurship became my passion in 2018 when a sale of my corporate employer provided an opportunity to pursue entrepreneurship. I was juicing carrots when my son asked for pancakes; I suggested that he should drink some of the carrot juice which he politely declined. Simultaneously a light bulb went off in my head, so I blended some of the carrot juice into the pancake mix. My son ate the carrot pancakes and politely asked for more. That became my pursuit to bring colorful, vegetable or fruit-based pancake mixes to market. Fall of 2018, I enrolled in the HCCC Culinary Art program and with the advice of Chef Sami Khouzam, I was able to bring my idea to life.  Approximately two years later, I launched…Kickerfeast.com.
