Ariel Colón is the owner of Arielita's Bakery. She has been a dedicated cake artist for over 5 years. She has worked in a variety of restaurants and bakeries, which has built her culinary and pastry expertise. She is an HCCC alum as well as a current student at NJCU pursuing a bachelor's degree in entrepreneurship.
