Holiday Lights in NYC Photography
This course is for anyone with or without experience in photography, interested in improving their skills in digital photography using any digital camera. (Don’t forget to bring your camera! If you don’t have one, your smartphone is OK) We will explore the concept of exposure, color balance, and composition. We will also look into shooting macro (close up) photography, landscape, still photography, portrait and studio lightning. This course will include a field trip (on Saturday) to several famous locations in NYC to photograph the holiday lights and decor, which we will use as our backdrop. This course is a great way of not only exploring photography but seeing famous NYC landmarks and capturing perfect images of them! Class will be dismissed in NYC on Saturday. Sunday’s class will be on campus where we will focus on basic photo retouching techniques.

Fun with Gingerbread (Good for Families & Kids)
In this hands-on class you will enjoy making gingerbread trees, snowflakes, gingerbread people, and the little gingerbread houses they live in (mini-sized). You will learn unique decorating techniques and ideas and how to decorate your designs using an icing recipe that you can easily make at home.
